We remind you that you can return your online order in KICKS shops quickly and easily!

Go to a KICKS shop with the original box and your invoice to make your exchange or return. Check the list of KICKS shops here.

If you are unable to return the goods to the KICKS shop, go to the next step.

ACCESS YOUR CLIENT AREA

To make an online return (in Portugal) you have to follow these steps:

Access your Client Area and submit the order return request

Complete the online form and print the return slip shown

If you have made your purchase as a guest, please contact Customer Support via e-mail [email protected]

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Prepare the packaging by placing the original box and inside a shipping box (you can reuse the KICKS box(es) you received). 

Place the return slip on the outside of the package. Ensure that each box has only one return slip.

DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE

Deliver the package to a pick-up point. Check here the pick-up points available in mainland Portugal and on the islands (Azores and Madeira) 

The refund will be made to the same payment method used within 1 to 5 working days.

Prepare your Package

Prepare the packaging as indicated above (in the original box and inside a shipping box).

Deliver your Package
