Access your Client Area

To make an online return (in Portugal) you have to follow these steps:

  • Access your Client Area and submit the order return request
  • Fill out the return form presented
Prepare your Package

Prepare the packaging as indicated above (in the original box and inside a shipping box).

Place the return form on the outside of the package.

Deliver your Package

Deliver the package at a pick-up point. Check the pick-up points available in Portugal and in the Islands Azores and Madeira here.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used on the order, within 1 to 5 weekdays.
