General Terms and Conditions of Sale Kicks Online
These terms and conditions apply to the visitors of https://www.KICKS.pt/, whether natural or legal persons, and to any commercial transactions carried out.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the general sales conditions applicable to contracts concluded through our website, from the act of processing the order, to the various services provided, including payment methods and conditions of delivery of goods.
We emphasize that, whenever justified, the present Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally modified at any time in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice. Thus, we recommend that you read them carefully and periodically.

KICKS is a brand owned by the company “Nice KICKS, Lda.”, a sole proprietorship limited liability company, with head office at Rua da Lionesa, Loja D 15 4465-671 Leça do Balio, registered with the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon under the single registration number 513 194 118 and with a share capital of 190,000.00 Euros, hereinafter referred to as “KICKS” or “Nice KICKS”.
3. HOW FAR DO WE DELIVER?
The products presented on the websitewww.KICKS.pt are available for delivery in:
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands);
4. HOW WE TREAT YOUR DATA
If you make purchases through our websiteit will be necessary, a priori and under the terms that we will describe below, to provide us with some data. If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.
By providing us with your data, you consent that all the information you provide is true and accurate.
5. WEBSITE USAGE
By using our online platform and/or placing orders through it, you agree to comply with the provisions of applicable law and the present terms and conditions, namely:
- To refrain from using our websitefor any activities contrary to law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties;
- Not to make an unlawful or improper use of the website;
- Not to use false identities;
- To diligently guard your login credentials on the website in ordertoprevent third parties from accessing your account;
- To provide your correct personal data and address, enabling proper order processing;
- Refrain from posting or disseminating any messages or information that is injurious, misleading, defamatory, obscene, xenophobic or discriminatory in nature, or that violates in any way the right to privacy or the intellectual or industrial property of others, as well as any information that may be harmful to third parties or to the domain holder.
The User/Client is responsible for the veracity of the facts communicated to KICKS and undertakes to immediately rectify in its Customer Area any changes of the same, or alternatively communicate them through the Customer Support service available.
KICKS shall not be liable for delays in processing any order arising from error or insufficiency of data reported by the User/Customer.
By placing an order through our website, the User/Client declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter contracts or, alternatively, to be the representative of a legal entity, with effective powers to perform the act.
6. HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT KICKS?
To place an order on our website, it is recommended that you register as a “KICKS” User/Client by filling out the form we provide online, indicating your name and a valid and frequently used e-mail account.
Once registered, simply enter in the virtual shopping cart all the products you wish to buy, following all the steps of the purchase so that it is completed successfully.
On our websiteis also available the possibility to place an order as a guest. By selecting this purchase option, only the essential data for processing the order will be requested from the “KICKS” user/customer.
For your ease we leave here the steps you will have to go through, so you can follow them in your purchase:
- Browse our website(www.KICKS.pt) and find the products you want to buy;
- Add the selected products to your shopping cart using the “BUY” button;
- Once you understand that you have chosen all the pieces you want to buy, finalize your purchase by clicking on “COMPLETE ORDER” in the shopping cart;
- Then check your personal data on a simple form (pay close attention to the address – you can put a different address for billing and delivery);
- Next press “CONTINUE”;
- Afterwards select your payment method;
- Review your order;
- Proceed with the payment and click on “CONFIRMATION”;
- Finally, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail;
- By selecting the “EXIT” button at the end of the purchasing process, your order will be confirmed, and you will only have to wait for the estimated shipping days.
As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction. We suggest that you print or downloadthis copy for future reference.
If the data is not correct, you can immediately request a change, or even the cancellation of the purchase made. To do this, please contact us by e-mail, postal mail or phone/mobile, to the contacts indicated in point 1.
In case of non-confirmation of payment or breach of these Terms and Conditions, KICKS reserves the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it, in whole or in part, even after automatic confirmation of the same.
7. QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS
KICKS will only sell quality items on “www.KICKS.pt” and will never sell second hand, defective or substandard products.
The products offered for sale may not exactly match the displayed image and colors, and may undergo color changes, especially due to the Internet browser and monitor used by the User/Client.
8. CONTRACT SIGNATURE
To place an order at KICKS you should follow the steps already described in point 6 – “How to place an online order at KICKS?”.
By ordering an item and completing the order you are entering into a sales contract with us.
As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
The contract will not be completed if KICKS does not receive payment for your order within three business days of accepting your order, which will be cancelled immediately.
We reserve the right to void the contract, canceling any purchase even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by KICKS, in the following situations:
- The information on the invoice is not correct or verifiable;
- The order is incomplete or has missing data;
- The order is flagged by the website’s Security Systems as an incorrect, irregular, or fraudulent order;
- If it turns out that there was an error in the presentation of the price of the product(s);
- If the order is assumed to come from a reseller;
- If it is considered that the “buyer(s)” did not have the capacity to perform that act;
- When it is not possible to deliver the package to the address provided by the buyer.
In any of these cases, we will inform you, by means of the e-mail you have indicated to us, that the contract has not been made and that we will not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders for products will be subject to availability.
Since orders are not handled until we receive your payment, product availability may change until we receive your payment.
If the products ordered are no longer available when we receive your order, we will inform you immediately of their unavailability, after we are aware of it, by means of an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide us, in compliance with the maximum period of 30 days.
In such cases, that is, when we find that the good you have ordered is unavailable, we will offer to replace the good with another item of equivalent quality and price and, with your consent, we will treat the order as if the good originally ordered was the latter.
If you do not wish to replace the good with an equivalent one, we will refund all amounts already paid by you.
Under the provisions of Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (as amended by Decree-Law No. 62/2009 of March 10, Law No. 46/2012 of August 29 and Law No. 40/2020, of August 18), regarding electronic commerce, KICKS reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of KICKS’ computers, as well as in case the contract proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
Delivery time and shipping charges (see shipping costs below) vary depending on the type of shipment and the quantity of products.
You can choose between picking up your purchase in store or having it shipped to you.
10.1. STORE PICKUP
You will be informed, by e-mail, as soon as your order is available. You have a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days to pick up the product(s). If you do not collect the product(s) within the indicated period, KICKS will grant you an additional period of up to 90 (ninety) days to do so, after which the product(s) will be considered abandoned in accordance with article 1318 of the Civil Code, which may result in the loss of the right of ownership in favor of Nice KICKS. In this case, you will need to present the confirmation e-mail and your ID document.
10.2. HOME DELIVERY
The order is delivered to the address indicated in the purchase process. You can track the status of your order on our website, in the “Customer Area”.
10.2.1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESSING
Before the order is confirmed you will find the estimated date for shipment of the products.
We will forward your order as soon as possible. However, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose (standard or DPD-Pickup) and the destination of your order.
Once the order has been shipped, KICKS will not be held responsible for any delay, which is the responsibility of the chosen Carrier.
Nevertheless, we will try to get your order to you within a maximum of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
We reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example if a part of the order is delayed or not available. In case we split the order, the customer will be notified of our intention by e-mail. The e-mail address provided at the time of purchase will be used for this purpose.
However, delays may always occur due to circumstances that we cannot foresee at the time of delivery confirmation. NICE KICKS will not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any shipping obligation due to a force majeure event, that is. an event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control.
If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons outside our responsibility, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order you will be refunded in full the amounts paid.
According to these terms, “delivery” will be made, or the order “delivered” when you or a third party indicated by you is physically in possession of the products, which we will prove by signing the order receipt at the indicated delivery address.
Please note that we only deliver on weekdays, so we will not deliver your order on Saturdays or Sundays. On this point, and for further details, you should read our Shipping Policy.
10.2.2. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, we ask that you contact us to reschedule or rearrange the delivery to another day or time.
If we still cannot deliver your order, we will send you an email telling you where your order is and what to do to have it delivered again.
We would like to point out that in case of non-delivery of the product in the stipulated time, you may be charged for the costs related to the storage of the products and new delivery attempts.
11. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF OUR PRODUCTS
As the User/Client is the ultimate consumer under the terms defined in consumer legislation, the risk of loss or damage to goods sent for delivery by KICKS passes to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In any other situations, the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to the User/Client with the delivery to the carrier of the goods, even if the carrier is hired by KICKS.
Upon physical possession, the User/Customer must verify the conformity of the goods, namely the state of the packaging, informing the carrier of any damage detected, making mention of them in the transport document that he signs.
If the goods present damage that is not visible at the time of delivery, but which results from poor transport, the customer should, within 3 (three) days, contact KICKS, preferably in writing, at the email address indicated in point 1.
The price of each product is displayed on our website, namely “www.KICKS.pt” and will be the one that, at each moment, is displayed there, except in case of evident error.
Product prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
KICKS reserves the right to change the advertised selling prices without prior notice, and the new prices will apply to purchases made and orders submitted from the date of the change. Please note that once the order has been validated, the prices cannot be changed in any way.
Although KICKS tries to ensure that all prices on the websiteare correct, due to the large number of products sold on the website, some products may be incorrectly priced, which is why KICKS will always check the prices prior to processing orders:
- If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, KICKS will refund the difference, except in the situation mentioned below;
- If the price is higher, KICKS will inform the User/Customer of this by email and await your decision to accept the new offer or cancel the order – within 15 days from the date this was communicated to the User/Customer.
In no event shall KICKS be obliged to supply any product at the lower price (even after sending the order confirmation or its dispatch) if the error in the price is exorbitant and manifestly unequivocal and such error could reasonably have been recognized by the User/Customer as being an incorrect price.
The total price specified in the menu under “My Basket” includes taxes and shipping costs, so if you agree, you should select “Confirm Order” and transfer only the total amount.
The prices are all broken down in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on the prices due to transport costs.
12.1. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order is delivered.
Deliveries are free for mainland Portugal for purchases over 25 €, under the following terms:

Shipping to Madeira has a shipping cost of 19,99€ if it is a shipment to the customer’s address. If you choose to pick it up at the store, the postage is free. In either case, the delivery time varies between 5 to 16 working days.
Shipping to the Azores costs 19.99€, for purchases under 300€, and delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days.
Shipping to Spain is 4.99€ for orders under 50€, with delivery between 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Italy, France, Luxembourg and Monaco is 4.99€ for orders under 70€, with delivery between 1 and 3 business days.
Shipping to Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway and Sweden is 4.99€ on orders under 100€, with delivery between 1 and 3 business days.
Shipments to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Cyprus have a shipping cost of 9.99€ on orders under 120€, with delivery between 1 and 3 business days.
Shipping to Switzerland is 24.99€ on orders under 120€, with delivery time between 1 to 3 working days.
In all European Union countries (except Portugal), orders of more than 5 items or weighing more than 5 kg may be subject to an additional shipping charge (for more information, please contact us at our email address: info@KICKS.pt).
12.2. PAYMENT METHODS
KICKS offers the User/Client several payment methods:
- CREDIT CARD (VISA AND/OR MASTERCARD):
This payment method requires the entry of a valid credit card. The order and credit card data of the User/Customer will be sent, properly encrypted, to the banking entity on the date of your order. The total amount of the order is automatically charged.
By choosing this payment method, you will receive an email with a reference to make the payment at an ATM or Home bankingservice. After receiving the data, the User/Client has 3 (three) days to make the payment. If the payment is not made within this period, the order will be unilaterally cancelled.
In cases where payment has been made and KICKS needs to make a refund, the same will be made by bank transfer, and the user/customer may be requested, in the process, an IBAN.
Payment by this means implies access to the MB WAY Service through the MB WAY APP, thus being able to use the functionalities it provides. This service is processed through the MB WAY APP, which consists of a computer application, developed by SIBS FPS, of necessary authentication, intended for mobile devices with iOS, Android and Windows operating systems, which allows the User/Client to perform the functionalities available in that service.
This application implies the association to a telephone contact that will be requested by KICKS, at the time of conclusion of the purchase. Once inserted, the User/Client should authorize the payment through his/her APP MB WAY. For more information on this APP see: https://www.mbway.pt/termos-condicoes-app/
If you choose this payment method, the total amount of the order will be charged at the end of the order. One of the most widely used payment methods for online purchases worldwide. For more information or to create an account see: https://paypal.com/pt.
Do not pay by any means other than those specified at www.KICKS.pt. If you attempt to do so, “NICE KICKS” cannot be held responsible for payment errors, or any other damages that may result.
13. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before shipping, the User/Customer may cancel the order for the product(s).
If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should first check the status ofthe order through the menu on our website (www.KICKS.pt). If it has not yet been shipped, then there is still the possibility that it can be canceled. For this, you should contact us through our e-mail info@KICKS.pt and ask for the cancellation of your order.
If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the consumer.
If the request for cancellation is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the “Buyer” who, if he/she maintains his/her intention to cancel the order, should proceed with the return mechanisms.
Only upon confirmation of the return, effective receipt of the returned order by “NICE KICKS” and after checking the condition of the product, will the refund be processed.
14. SECURITY OF NICE KICKS ONLINESTORE AND ALL TRANSACTIONS
Our onlinestore “KICKS” uses the latest and most robust security technologies available for encryption platforms. All payment information you provide will be encrypted from the time you initially enter the transaction until the order is processed and will not be stored on any public server.
Although we use encryption software, any payment transmitted over the Internet, or via e-mail, runs some risks, particularly when the Consumer does not take the proper precautions and does not take responsibility. NICE KICKS shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including, without limitation, damages due to failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties, or computer programs used for communication or transmission of viruses.
15. RIGHT TO FREELY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT (“REGRET”)
The User/Client, if he/she does so as a consumer, benefits from a 14-day right of free termination of the contract, without the need to state any reason.
The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
During those 14 days you can inform us of your intention to return to us the product you purchased online, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Presentation of the product purchase invoice;
- The product must be delivered in the same condition in which it was sold – without damage or signs of use and in perfect condition and/or functioning and packed in its packaging.
You can do this by e-mail, telephone, or letter to the addresses listed in point 1.
You will also find a model resolution form at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but its use is not compulsory – ANNEX.
The user/client who has registered on the website of”NICE KICKS” will also find a form in their “Customer Area” where they can exercise their right to withdraw. If the user/client exercises the right to freely withdraw from the contract in this way, KICKS will acknowledge receipt of the notice of withdrawal within 24 hours.
For the period of free resolution to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
As of the communication, the Consumer must deliver the article to us within a new period of 14 days, without delay, under the conditions referred to in 2. at the beginning of this section 15.
However, to give you the best KICKS experience, we have simplified the return process. Please read the following sub-point.
15.1. KICKS RETURN METHOD
With KICKS you can return your items quickly and easily.
The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
To make a return you must:
- Fill out the form that was sent in your order. If you cannot find the document, you can download it here;
- Put the return slip in your package and go to a pick uppoint;
- You can find your nearest pick uppoint here: Mainland Portugal;
- If you prefer, you can make your return directly in one of our stores. You can see all our stores here: https://www.kicks.pt/store/.
15.2. EFFECTS OF THE “WITHDRAWAL” EXERCISE
Once you have informed us of your intention to return the item, you have 14 days to return it and you will bear the full cost of returning the goods.
If you exercise this right of withdrawal, KICKS will refund the price you have paid within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal by the Consumer. You will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The amount will be returned to you via the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Refunds are only made to the account/card from which the purchase was made.
The Consumer is responsible for any devaluation of the value of the purchased product(s) after delivery.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods at our premises, or until the consumer provides proof that they have returned the goods.
15.3. HOW DO I REALIZE MY RIGHT TO “WITHDRAWAL”?
The Consumer, after notifying KICKS, must return the item within 14 days.
The right to free withdrawal and subsequent return only applies to products that can be returned in the same condition as when the consumer received them.
KICKS cannot make a return if there is clear evidence that the products have been used beyond simply opening their packaging or have been damaged.
If you want to return the purchased product, do not remove the labels or safety seals and keep the original boxes in which they were packed whole and in good condition.
Should you decide to return the purchased products, KICKS has the right not to accept the return if the returned items do not have the original box, the corresponding security label or seal, or when the labels have been altered from their original state or damaged. Damaged, dirty, and products that show traces of use will not be accepted.
The Consumer must also hand in, duly filled out, the receipt he/she received upon delivery of the product, along with the product to be returned.
You have no right to return or exchange the following products:
- Customized articles;
- Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and/or have been opened after delivery [for example, socks, insoles, among others];
- Articles with damaged security and warranty seals.
All items will be checked upon arrival and only those that meet the above conditions will be accepted for return or exchange.
After the article has been examined, you will be told whether you are entitled to a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms.
If you make your purchase as a consumer (and do not exercise the right to withdraw), KICKS gives you a three year warranty on the items you order.
17. NONCONFORMITY OF GOODS
17.1. HOW DO I REPORT NON-COMPLIANCE?
In cases where the Consumer considers that there is a lack of conformity of the good with the contract, the consumer is entitled to a reply, if the article is within the warranty period – indicated in the previous point.
Among other situations arising from the law, there will be no nonconformity of the good with the contract if at the time it was purchased, the Consumer was unequivocally informed that a particular characteristic of the good deviated from the conformity requirements foreseen by the law, having accepted this deviation.
If you still believe that there is some non-conformity in the article, you should contact KICKS, through the contacts that are available on our website, namely through the email info@KICKS.pt, or through the following numbers 22 901 60 00 and 96 372 40 88, or by going to one of our stores.
All rights recognized by the law in force will be safeguarded. In order to take advantage of the rights legally granted, the Consumer must present the purchase invoice for the item.
17.2. KICKS RETURN METHOD
You can use the KICKS return method, already described above in 13.1 also applicable here.
In the case of a return due to non-conformity of the good, the return costs will be borne by KICKS, after verification of that non-conformity.
17.3. CONSUMER RIGHTS VERIFIED LACK OF CONFORMITY
In case of proven lack of conformity of the good, under the terms of the law and subject to the hierarchy foreseen, the User/Client who is a consumer has the right:
- To restoring conformity, through:
- of the repair;
- of the substitution of the good;
2nd To a proportional reduction of the price;
3. To the termination of the contract.
In cases where the lack of conformity is proven within 30 days after the delivery of the good, the Consumer may directly request the replacement of the good or the rescission of the contract, the non-conformity being subject to prior validation.
The repair or replacement of the goods must be made within 30 days, except in situations where the nature and complexity of the goods, the seriousness of the non-conformity, and the effort required to complete the repair or replacement justify a longer period.
In case of repair, the repaired good benefits from an additional warranty period of six months, up to a limit of four repairs.
The consumer is not entitled to have the contract rescinded if the lack of conformity is minimal.
Once the right to terminate the contract has been recognized, KICKS will refund the payments received and the costs of delivering the goods within 14 days, except in cases of force majeure.
In case of replacement, the replaced good enjoys the rights foreseen herein within the period indicated in item 16.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the www.KICKS.pt site are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights, for the whole world.
Accordingly, and under the terms of the Intellectual Property Code, the use of information is only authorized for private purposes, subject to contrary provisions including more restrictive provisions contained in the said code.
Any reproduction or representation of all or part of the www. KICKS.pt website, in whole or in part, of the elements included in it, is strictly prohibited.
The corporate names, brands and distinctive signs reproduced on the www.KICKS.pt website are protected under the terms of the legal provisions applicable to intellectual property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any distinctive signs is strictly prohibited and must be subject to prior written authorization from the owner of the trademark “NICE KICKS”.
If the User/Client wishes to use information or materials from the site, prior written permission must be obtained from “NICE KICKS”.
19. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the www.KICKS.pt siteor any purchase therefrom shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the competent court is, by mutual agreement, the District of Porto, with express waiver of any other.
20. OUT-OF-COURT AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We must also inform you that, as the contract has been concluded through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you have the possibility of trying to resolve any dispute out of court by accessing the electronic platform for online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Currently, the following Consumer Dispute Resolution entities exist in Portugal:
- National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC);
- Coimbra Region Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center (CACRC);
- Lisbon Center for Consumer Conflict Arbitration (CACCL);
- Arbitration Center of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (CAUAL);
- Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (CACC RAM);
- Consumer Information and Arbitration Center of Porto (CICAP);

21. ALTERATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE ONLINE STORE
“NICE KICKS” reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time to bring them into line with applicable law, without prior notice.
The User/Customer is subject to the principles and terms in effect at the date of his/her order, unless any change to these is imposed by law or competent authority.
22. KICKS AGREEMENT WITH YOU
These Terms and Conditions, and all information referred to in them, are based on the agreement between KICKS and the User/Client and relate to the contract of sale.
Because it does so, it supersedes any other agreement between us and the User/Client, verbally or otherwise.
Any contract made from the day 01 of january 2022 shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any subsequent amendment thereto and to any other legally applicable provisions.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be rendered null and void by reason of a change in law, regulation or by judgment, that shall not prevent the remaining terms and conditions from continuing in force and remain unaffected by such declaration of nullity.
