KICKS has its own Quality Department to help resolve any lack of conformity in the purchased item quickly and easily.

Items not accompanied by their purchase invoice will be returned to the customer in their current condition. If you think that the item you have purchased is non-compliant, please do not use it again and return it to the point of sale where it was purchased.

If there is a lack of conformity of the goods, KICKS will repair or replace the item, proportionally reduce the price by refunding the corresponding amount, or terminate the contract with full refund of the price of the item.
