- The deadline for the customer to request the exchange or return is 30 days from the date of receipt of the article (s), with proof of purchase or purchase ID and article intact in the respective packaging;
- If you need to change for another model or other size you will have to indicate on the form the "New Product Code" and "Intended Size";
- In the case of a return, indicate in the "Other comments" field the IBAN to which you want the return;
- The costs of shipping are borne by the customer;
- The item can be changed in KICKS stores: KICKS Amoreiras, KICKS Nova Arcada, KICKS Chiado, KICKS Parque Nascente, KICKS Estação Viana, KICKS Fórum Viseu, KICKS V.N.Gaia.
The exchange / return item may be rejected if there is evidence that the product has been used, damaged or damaged due to misuse or tampering. The article may be rejected if it presents dirty soles from debris such as dust or mud, socks, or animal hair, or any other fault from external causes. Return will also be discarded if the shoe box shows any damage (cracks, writing, scraps of tape or tags exchanged).
Note: After this communication and in case of exchange for another model, the new article will be reserved for the client for 3 days. Deadline in which the client has to send the article he wants to exchange.
IN CASE OF RETURN:
Upon receipt of the returned product (s), we will process it within 3-5 business days. In case the return is confirmed, you will be refunded the amount by bank transfer.
